BANQUET MENU
GENERAL INFORMATION
Deposits & Payments
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. All deposits are deducted from the total cost of the function. The balance of the total bill is due the day of the event. Final payment can be made in cash, cashiers check, or charge card. No personal or business checks can be accepted. All charges incurred are subject to a 20% service charge and appropriate sales tax.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice except those quoted in a contractual agreement. Prices do not include the service charge and sales tax.
Menu & Attendance
There is a maximum of three entrée selections per party. Counts MUST be specified for each selection. Event attendance and menu selections must be confirmed with the Banquet Department at least seven [7] days in advance of the event. This number will be considered your final guaranteed figure. While we are able to accommodate a 5% increase in your count, no refunds can be given for any reduction in party size from the final guaranteed figure. We are happy to provide place cards at the event that identify each guest's entrée selection.
Banquet Services
Cloth napkins and tablecloths in burgundy or white are included in your room charge. We are happy to provide specific linen colors if you prefer. There are several napkin colors to choose from. Alternate napkin colors are ordered in a minimum of 100 and tablecloths in a minimum of 10 and incur additional expense.
If wedding or event planning services are required, we are happy to make the arrangements and develop the itinerary for your event. We can assist in many ways; including cake orders, centerpieces, decorations, photographers, entertainers of all sorts, ice carvings, and themed parties. Please speak to the Banquet Department for pricing.
Room Charges, Minimums & Times of Events
There is a room charge of $300. This charge is subject to California sales tax and service charge. A minimum of $600 at lunch and $900 at dinner in food and beverage sales must be met except during holiday periods when the minimums may increase. Any party not meeting these requirements will be advised. We rent the wine room for two periods daily:
LUNCH 10 a.m.–3 p.m. & DINNER 5 p.m.–10 p.m.
Depending on other bookings, it may be possible to use the room before and/or after these times to "set up or extend" your event. The cost of extending the room rental at the end of your event is $150 per hour [maximum one hour].
Other Food & Beverage
No food or beverage may be brought into the facility by the host or guests without the permission of the management. All food must be consumed on the premises. No food may be removed from the premises. You are welcome to bring your own wine and champagne; however, any wine or champagne not purchased from Bellefleur Restaurant is subject to a corkage fee of $20 per 750ml bottle. There is a cake-cutting fee of $1 per person.

Bar Service
We can provide a bar and bartender for any function. You can choose to host the bar, host certain items, host to a certain dollar amount or time, or not host at all. [Not hosted means that guests pay for their own alcohol.] Under no circumstances will anyone under the age of 21 be served alcohol. If a minor is witnessed consuming alcohol, both the minor and their guardians will be asked to leave the property.
Damaged or Lost Articles
Bellefleur Restaurant assumes no responsibility for damaged or lost articles left on the premises before, during, or after your event.
Termination of Event
Bellefleur Restaurant reserves the right to terminate any event, including one that causes a disturbance or does not abide by the Alcoholic Beverage Control [ABC] regulations.
Responsibility for Damages
Patrons agree to be financially responsible for any repairs or replacement costs due to damages to the premises caused by their guests or independent contractors during the course of the event. Confetti, rice, birdseed, or similar items may not be thrown or used for decoration. If they are used, a cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the total cost of the event.
Liability Coverage
You must receive prior approval to use your own DJ, entertainer, or outside contractor; evidence of personal injury, general liability and workers' compensation insurance for $2,000,000 must be provided prior to the event. No DJ or outside contractor without evidence of this insurance will be allowed to work on the premises.
LUNCH
Lunch is served from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Our lunch menu is two courses: a main course and dessert. Coffee, tea,
iced tea and sodas, as well as freshly baked bread and butter, are included in the price.
All lunches are served with appropriate side dishes. Prices are per person.
